We’re looking for a HR Systems Manager to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent.
Westfalia Fruit is seeking a dynamic HR Systems Manager to oversee and optimise our People & Culture systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (HRIS), the Learning Management System (LMS), payroll systems, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and performance enablement tools. This role is pivotal in delivering operational excellence, enhancing employee experiences, and driving strategic value through HR technology.

Responsibilities include:
* Manage and optimise core People & Culture systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
* Lead system rollouts, enhancements, and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve workflows, enhance user adoption, and deliver innovative solutions.
* Drive change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
* Ensure data quality and compliance while developing insightful analytics and reports for decision-making.
* Stay informed about emerging HR technology trends and implement best practices.
* Provide training and guidance to regional and global People & Culture teams on system capabilities.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience managing HR systems, including D365 or similar HRIS platforms.
* Strong knowledge of LMS, ATS, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
* Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
* Demonstrated project management expertise, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
* In-depth understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data reporting and analysis.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience managing systems in a European or multinational environment.
Desirable
* Familiarity with global HR technology landscapes and emerging trends.
* Proficiency in additional project management tools and software.
* Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
* Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or HR systems.
