Home House Collection is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Membership teams as Group Head of Membership.

Your purpose
As the Group Head of Membership at Home House Collection, you will develop the sales strategy and manage the membership team to ensure that the company meets or exceeds budgeted membership growth targets in revenue and membership. You will also be responsible for acquiring and retaining members, ensuring that both the communities in both clubs have the right mix of members and that the sales strategy is aligned with the brand strategy.
This role requires a proactive, driven and people-oriented leader who is collaborative.
Reporting to our Group Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Work with the broader team to develop the annual sales & marketing plans for both clubs.
2. Develop and own relationships with strategic B2B member acquisition partners, such as Amex, Ten, and corporate clients across both clubs, to look for new business opportunities and leverage relationships to increase revenue.
3. Negotiate our contracts and agreements with B2B member acquisition partners and ensure that partners deliver against their contractual agreements.
4. Devise strategies to ensure high retention rates among members, collecting and responding to their feedback to improve satisfaction.
5. Drive an elevated approach to membership acquisition, ensuring it aligns with the brand strategy and company objectives.
6. Responsible for the B2B marketing strategy.
7. Collaborate with the event sales, guest room and marketing teams to maximise revenue and cross-selling opportunities throughout both clubs.
Community Growth & Management
1. Represent Home House Collection at events and build relationships with KOLs, connectors, and tastemakers.
2. Be visible and approachable in the clubs.
3. Curate our membership, ensuring new members meet the proper criteria and contribute to the environment we aim to create with the clubs.
4. Work with the leadership team to handle conduct issues with professionalism, ensuring that concerns are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
Reporting & Data Analysis
1. Provide insights on retention metrics, including churn rates, renewal rates, and member satisfaction, to identify trends and potential churn risks. Use these insights to develop strategies to address these risks.
2. Make full use of our CRM system to provide dashboards showing departmental progress concerning the company's budgeted targets.
3. Review and report weekly progress on sales pipeline, lead sources, tours and applications. Closely monitoring conversions and identifying new opportunities.
4. Ensure GDPR compliance in our collection and use of data in the sales function.
5. Remain within annual departmental budgets and monitor the financial performance of the department, including costs every month.
6. Lead and develop your direct reports, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
7. Create a culture of professionalism and excellence in your team.
8. Provide training and support to individual team members as needed.
9. Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding employee relations issues to ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
10. Ensure the department adheres to all processes, including financial and payment terms.
About you
Proactive and results-driven with experience in membership, subscription or hospitality sales.
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret results and analyse campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM and sales insight tools like People Vine and Membrain.
A strong leader with a track record of people and budget management.
A passion for hospitality and community building.
