Warranty Administrator
Location: Swindon
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role within the business and will help drive the business forward to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and minimize the risk of warranty audit failure. The successful Warranty Administrator will need excellent organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Aftersales Manager
2. Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims
3. Apply the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
4. Monitor warranty reports
5. Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers; therefore, strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with people are crucial.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience within the motor industry in a warranty role
2. Computer literate with good communication skills
3. Extremely organized along with the ability to manage the workload efficiently
4. Great attention to detail in your work
