Who You Are You are a qualified and registered social worker, experienced in managing complex cases involving children, adults, and families. What the Job Involves As an EDT Social Worker/AMHP within the Health and Adult Services Directorate, you will serve as the single point of contact for out-of-hours social care intervention. Your principal responsibility is to respond to referrals requiring immediate intervention to safeguard vulnerable children or adults. You will assess and prioritize incoming work, manage complex cases, and collaborate with multiple agencies to ensure the safety and welfare of individuals. This role involves working in an out-of-hours rota, with shifts extending beyond normal working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
