The impact you’ll own In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes predominantly in the UK, managing multiple searches while building deep partnerships with stakeholders across diverse industries and functions, including Technology, Science, Product and Sales. You'll drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from developing comprehensive role requirements and candidate profiles to conducting first-round competency-based interviews and making strategic hiring recommendations. Your expertise in proactive sourcing will help you identify and engage both active and passive candidates through multiple channels, while building robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. You will continuously seek out opportunities to optimise our processes to improve time-to-fill metrics and candidate experience, employer branding, and effective ATS use. You will thrive in our energetic start up environment, taking on a key role and broad remit in talent acquisition, supported by a small, high performing People team. This role is hybrid (3 days per week in our London office). Essential Skills Strong experience in technology talent acquisition with a background in both internal and agency recruitment teams. Strong stakeholder management experience, leveraging effective communication skills to proactively influence at all levels. Experience in tech start-up/scale-up environments (we are Series A SaaS product led). Deep knowledge and proven success of utilising a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as a high work ethic to manage large volumes of applications, for successful hires. Demonstrates exceptional pipeline hygiene and analytical rigour through data management and metrics across ATS platforms and collaboration tools (Notion, Slack), ensuring recruitment operations stay current and well-organised. High EQ and sound judgment in hiring decisions, balancing stakeholder needs with an unwavering commitment to candidate experience and recruitment integrity.
