This is an exciting opportunity for a Special Project Engagement Coordinator to join the Special Project Team. The purpose of the roles is to lead resident engagement and complaints resolution for remediation projects across England, Wales, and Scotland. This role ensures compliance with governmental codes of practice while improving resident experiences through clear and effective communication. Primary Responsibilities Lead efforts to keep residents informed about remediation works through regular, high-quality updates, including newsletters, information packs, next steps, and complaints procedures. Work closely with responsible entities, local authorities, the fire service, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment in communication and engagement efforts. Ensure that all resident communications and interactions adhere to Governmental codes of practice for building remediation. Liaise with Special Projects Project Managers to monitor and report on key programme milestones and updates. Develop and implement standard forms and templates for communications, ensuring consistency and clarity. Monitor resident feedback and complaints, ensuring that insights gained are used to improve engagement strategies and service delivery. Contribute to the corporate plan and operational targets, ensuring that all engagement activities align with broader business objectives. What experience do I need? Experience in handling resident engagement, particularly in the context of housing, property management, or remediation projects. Excellent communication skills In-depth knowledge of resident engagement methods and best practices. Experience working with external stakeholders, including local authorities, fire services, and regulatory bodies. Ability to interpret and use customer insight and feedback to improve engagement strategies. Strong organisational and project management skills to coordinate communication efforts effectively. Ability to work autonomously, creating a positive and effective working environment for resident engagement.
