Role Overview
Reporting into the COO and working closely with department heads, the Head of Sales will run, manage and build out the institutional sales and investment department at Superduper.
Our mission is to onboard the first billion users into Web3. With multiple products and brands to launch, we’re looking for a highly motivated, organised and ambitious individual with a proven track record in capital raising across early, mid and late stage allocators.
Responsibilities will include:
* Build, foster and expand the number one book of investors spanning Web3.
* Pitch, negotiate and close inward investment across all upcoming product and brand launches.
* Travel globally to relevant engagements.
* Be ruthlessly organised in managing all capital raising efforts.
* Proactively approach the leading industry names, craft creative deals and deliver strategic alignment with investors.
What you will do in your first 6 months
* Run, build and manage the Sales Department with an emphasis on Investor relations, deep network expansion and operational efficiency.
* Actively go to market and build a nuanced understanding and connection with investors.
* Attract and develop relationships that transcend Web3 and traditional investors.
* Run an end-to-end sales process with primary focus on institutional investors.
Must haves
* Proven experience and understanding of the Web3 & crypto market.
* Strong existing network of institutional capital looking to deploy into leading Web3 ventures.
* Deep awareness of market dynamics and psychology of investors.
* Hunger and ambition to build the largest capital book in Web3.
* Ability to see through the noise, a willingness to understand complex concepts and succinct communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
