FinTech RS are currently supporting our client to recruit for an Office Administrator/ Expeditor for Maternity cover (9-12 months) but this role also has the potential to go Permanent. This role is a full-time office based position (40 hours per week) at their Dyce office. In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently and supporting key departments in their day-to-day operations. Duties To raise shipping documentation related to our clients export business Producing and handling documentation such as Commercial Invoices including countries of origin and HS Codes Producing packing lists with gross and net weights, certificates of origin, material certification and taking pictures of packed materials Giving order/shipping status to our clients and liaise with other team members to ensure on-time delivery of the orders Providing additional administrative support to other departments as and when required Qualifications Previous experience in an Administrative role, ideally working within a logistics or shipping department (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel Experience using Sage Line 50 is advantageous, but not essential Good interpersonal skills, working with customers and clients to ensure they feel supported Strong coordination skills, ensuring strict deadlines and objectives are met A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative Strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize task If you possess the necessary skills and are eager to contribute to a dynamic office environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Office Administrator/ Expeditor.
