Job Description
IT support analyst to providing services to the FX, Rates, eCommerce, and Credit businesses.
The role:
* Incident Management: Own and resolve critical incidents (P1/P2), ensuring accurate logging and communication with users and management.
* Application Monitoring: Maintain a 99.9% uptime across the eTrading platform, monitor application performance, and perform system administration.
* Knowledge Management: Document procedures, maintain a knowledge base, and provide user training.
* Service Improvement: Track application trends, ensure actionable support logs, and reduce manual interventions.
* Maintenance and Enhancements: Participate in release cycles, validate changes, and coordinate post-release checks.
Your experience:
* A degree from a top university with a background in mathematics or IT
* 4+ years managing Rates eTrading platforms.
* Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, FIX, Tibco RV, and MQ.
* Proficiency in Linux and Windows command line.
