Job Scope and Main Responsibilities A Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. A store manager is expected to improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and development of the people in their team. As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador the store manager will role model the EssilorLuxottica values and the Sunglass Hut culture. Responsibilities Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations. Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered. Ensure costs are kept to a minimum and stock loss is in within company guidelines.
