Duty Manager - Revolution Bars Salary £12 - £13ph We are looking for a proactive and energetic Duty Manager to join the team. As Duty Manager you'll hold an important role in the Management Structure, owning the guest experience within your venue and coordinating the team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose - To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests In the this role, you'll provide recognition to your team when they're doing well, and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the team, and help them understand the value of their contribution towards our goals. As a Team Leader, you can progress onto Duty Management, and will have access to enrol on our Management Academy course: a development programme to train and coach Team Leaders, and prepare them for Assistant Manager roles.
