Specific responsibilities of this role will include: Handle a diverse range of customer service calls with professionalism. Assess customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions. Offer clear and accurate information to assist customers, while maintaining a calm and professional manner. Provide reassurance and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience. Accurately log details about customer interactions and transactions into a computer system. Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently.
