New Payroll Supervisor Role in Guildford

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join a leading international business based in Guildford.
Job Description
1. UK Payroll:
Monthly processing of changes and submission to UK processor (IRIS).
o Review of changes with sign off from HR & UK Exec
o Review and reconciliation to payroll payments and the financial statements
o Reconciliation to submission to IRIS
o Implement all relevant sign offs and controls
o Management of the UK pension contributions from the company and individuals with contracted 3rd parties
2. Supporting general day to day queries via email, phone and face to face
3. Liaising with business departments to obtain accurate and relevant information
4. Updating and management of UK payroll policies and changes
5. Global Payroll:
o Supporting the Management Accountants in the regions with the relevant payrolls
o Assisting with changes in payroll guidance, regulations and policies
o Assistance with local government reporting, requests and regulatory submissions
o Management of the overall payroll matrix, providers and deliverables
o Supporting the regions with local submissions, calculations and reports
The Successful Applicant
* Experience within a similar role
* Excellent MS Excel skills
* Technical knowledge of payroll processes, controls and reports
* Global payroll experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of accountancy systems
