We are looking for experienced and empathetic Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our clients based in Portsmouth. The roles are full time and permanent, starting in February. Extensive benefits and competitive salary available. They will be office based initially with the option of becoming hybrid after probation. The role will involve a shift pattern including evenings and weekends. Full training provided. The role: Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers. Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Providing clear and concise guidance to customers following internal processes. The ideal person: Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or Call Handler in a high-volume call centre environment. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Strong IT skills, and ability to use and learn new systems.
