The Role: This position offers a unique opportunity for a passionate registered nurse to improve the lives of individuals living with ARBD. Your role will be pivotal in supporting service users in their recovery journey, collaborating with multi disciplinary teams and engaging in community awareness programmes. Ideally you will be a registered mental health nurse but applicants who are registered general nurses who have compassion and understanding for this service user group will also be considered. As a Nurse within our home, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding care is always provided to our residents. Your role is pivotal to the success of what we do, so coming from a strong clinical background, wed love for you to share your expertise and knowledge across the team and help to further develop our services. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the care team and ensure continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents care are being completed regularly and in a timely manner. You should be a qualified Nurse with a valid NMC pin and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in a similar environment is desirable, however, not essential.
