Your Role

Your key responsibilities:
1. Define and deliver digital-enabled business transformation programmes to implement our client’s strategic initiatives.
2. Shape and win new opportunities, defining and delivering the programme governance, structure, resourcing, delivery approach and competitive commercial model to successfully deliver the change that solves our clients’ most pressing challenges.
3. Lead and manage teams to achieve high quality delivery.
4. Contribute to our propositions, in conjunction with our global network, to enable our success in the market.
5. Contribute to growing our energy transition & utilities business and our team.
6. Model the values of Capgemini across internal and client relationships.
7. Leveraging the power of our global Capgemini organisation to drive high quality delivery and client success.
8. Build strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels.
Your Profile
You will be someone who is excited by working on challenging projects and building a team and business that will grow together, someone that has:
9. A strong understanding of what drives project and operational performance and experience in deploying scalable business and technology solutions.
10. Successfully defined and delivered digital transformational programmes.
11. Broad experience of delivery within large complex programmes, typically in programme director, programme manager and project management roles.
12. Significant experience gained within consulting in the energy and utilities sector.
13. The ability to collaboratively create winning solutions - taking a client issue, and working with the client, account team and across Capgemini to create a solution that the client can approve – you’ll have business development targets of ~£1m per annum.
14. The ability to develop and lead diverse teams, spanning the client environment, multiple business unit and multi-national.
15. The ability to build enduring relationships, at all levels of an organisation based on high integrity and trust.
16. An entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to take calculated risks, alongside a keen appetite to develop new skills.
We’d love to meet someone with:
17. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from others in delivering consulting solutions.
18. Significant experience of leading workstreams or projects in the energy industry.
19. Strong written and verbal communication including track record of managing senior stakeholders.
20. Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
