Job Title: Account Director / Client Director

You’ll be more than an account manager; you'll be a strategic partner, shaping global brand experiences and leading a dedicated team. This isn’t just managing events; it’s crafting legacies. We will also consider a highly experienced Senior Account Manager, who is looking to progress into an Account Director role within 6 months, and can demonstrate the skills and drive to do so. This role will also entail some project management duties, providing a varied and hands-on experience.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in creating and managing large-scale events, ideally within the luxury or automotive sectors.
* Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
* Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
* Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Agency experience is vital.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams.
* A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel internationally.
* Experience in project management, including timeline management and resource allocation.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as the primary point of contact for a flagship client brand, managing multiple stakeholders.
* Develop creative responses to client briefs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
* Manage budgets, create estimates, and oversee reconciliations.
* Forecast resource requirements and support the project delivery team.
* Ensure adherence to client SOPs and processes.
* Build and strengthen client relationships.
* Develop internal account reporting processes and tools.
* Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
* Directly manage aspects of project delivery, including timelines, resource allocation, and supplier management.
