Our Client an Engineering company are seeking a WIMS Co-ordinator for a permanent position in Bridgewater location.
Role
As a WIMS Co-ordinator you will work closely with HR and Project Managers, identify when resources are mobilising to the HPC project/site and manage the SQUEP process. You will Identify and book pre- and post-requisite training and development to ensure all resources are competent in line with the NNB WIMS requirements.
Responsibilities
As a WIMS Co-ordinator you will be responsible to work together with HR to ensure all clearance issues including Credence ppwk and competency documentation is dealt with or escalated to minimise delays to the employee On-boarding process.
You will identify and book pre- and post-requisite training and development to ensure all resources are competent in line with the NNB WIMS requirements and manage and maintain WIMS resources records throughout their life on the project.
You will be required to follow NNB audits, review outputs and take action to remedy any issues to ensure future compliance to the WIMS process, book Critical training, as required, to ensure compliance with all site training requirements in particular H&S and ensure all NNB initial role profiles and requirements are correct.
You will Process Starters and Leavers on the WIMS to ensure resource records are up to date, attend NNB WIMS meetings to ensure knowledge and understanding of the processes and activities is up to date. Advise and guide BPT UK and any of the other Project LE on the WIMS process, On-boarding requirements and associated training to ensure understanding and knowledge is consistent and current.
Book and communicate EDF Inductions and refreshers; along with training via AIS, as requested ensuring records are updated. Manage any training records including certification to ensure compliance in the data base i.e HRcules or On-boarding. Produce training matrixes and reports to identify compliance or training gaps and provide support and guidance on WIMS & AIS to local management.
