Electronics EngineerLocation: High WycombeSalary: £35,000 – £50,000Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pmAre you an experienced Electronics Engineer with a passion for innovation and product development? We’re looking for a detail-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in designing, testing, and delivering high-quality electronic systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.What You’ll Be Doing:
* Design and develop PCBs and electrical circuits for new and existing products
* Select components and ensure compliance with EMC and LVD regulations
* Conduct long-term product testing, fault finding, and performance evaluations
* Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and software developers
* Write test specifications, wiring diagrams, and maintain detailed design documentation
* Support suppliers and manufacturers to ensure correct build standards
* Provide in-house technical support and training to internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic engineering, with a strong focus on product development
* Proven experience in designing PCB boards and working on end-to-end engineering projects
* Practical understanding of EMC and LVD standards
* Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Previous experience with lighting control systems is a plus
