We are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking individual who can demonstrate results, knowledge and experience from a healthcare or similar setting. Responsible for the management of physical security across Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.Managing an outsourced contract (circa £1.5m), a small in-house team of NHS staff. The post holder will act as a subject matter expert on healthcare security and violence prevention and reduction.This role is also responsible for parking and traffic management across the Trust. The position will involve engaging in collaborative discussions and peer reviews with security professionals across both HUTH and NLAG, within the context of the Humber Health Partnership. This collaborative approach will enable the identification of opportunities for improvement and the development of enhanced security protocols. The Security Manager will play a key role in implementing new measures to strengthen accountability.
