We are looking for an individual who ideally has Import & Export experience, or if you have either and happy to learn the other then we will consider your application. Also looking for someone who is looking to develop in the role. Main Responsibilities: Support the production team in arranging shipments of raw materials to our factory, Responsible for arranging shipments of finished goods from our factories to our warehouse. Manage the day-to-day bookings of worldwide freight shipments. Validating supplier and factory paperwork, invoices, quotations, customs. Extensive supplier liaison and negotiation to ensure the most cost-effective partner is used for each shipment Internal liaison with the production team, providing quotations and service status information. Validate customs entries and paperwork are correctly raised for all shipments. Track and Trace shipments, milestone updates, archiving documents. Requirements Required Skills: Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple shipments and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and compliance with regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Knowledge in import/export procedures, customs clearance, and MS Office applications. Analytical skills to assess import/export costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize supply chain operations. Problem-solving skills to address issues related to customs clearances, shipping delays, and trade compliance requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
