QA/QC Project Manager | Slough- Data Centre Project
Our client are seeking an experienced and talented QA/QC Project Manager to oversee a Data Centre Project based in Slough.
Key Requirements
• 3rd Level Qualification in Structural/Civil Engineering or a strong trades background.
• 5-10+ years in complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience promoting LEAN construction practices, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Hyperscale data centre experience beneficial.
• Background in QA issue investigation and non-conformance resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage quality deliverables across the supply chain.
• Ability to promote a strong onsite safety culture through proactive engagement, safety training, and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Report to the Senior Contracts Manager.
• Lead and coordinate Quality Management (QMS) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage subcontractors and promote clients Quality Management systems.
• Develop and maintain audit-readiness for compliance.
• Oversee project quality requirements with the engineering team.
• Track installation quality and weekly inspection test plan requirements.
• Generate quality management reports, track documentation, and manage quality KPIs.
• Coordinate project meetings with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Ensure contractors’ QA/QC system compliance with the quality manual.
• Conduct engineering reviews, process validations, and coordination of QA/QC personnel.
• Review subcontractor qualifications, test results, materials, and methods.
• Support company-wide process knowledge development and lead a quality-focused project delivery team.
