Salary details: Pay Range 3 (£27,310 - £29,295 FTE/ Actual Salary £14,648 for 24 hours per week, 38 weeks per year).
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 24 hours a week over 4 or 5 days. Term time only, 38 weeks/year.

Dr Challoner's High School is a leading selective state grammar school for girls, with a strong academic tradition and an ambitious outlook for the future. The role provides first line support and mentoring to students on all aspects of their pastoral issues, assists in the implementation of school policies including behaviour, provides some support for special educational needs and also aspects of administration for the pastoral team.
The postholder will work in a highly supportive, friendly and capable pastoral team, with girls who are a real privilege and joy to work with.
About you
The successful candidate will be caring, compassionate and have a professional disposition. They will have some experience with secondary school age students, will be an excellent communicator, a good administrator and an upbeat and collaborative team player.
