We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Inspector to work within the central Disrepair Team for a local Housing Association. The main focus of the role will be to undertake manage works in progress to completion whilst undertaking mid-point inspections and post inspections. You will be responsible for producing the final quality report and will be reporting to the Complex Project Manager. Mian duties will include; Assist the Repairs Operations Lead, Surveyors and Local Officers within the Disrepair Team in the management of responsive repairs Manage an audit/oversight regime for repairs, checking contractors are complying with H&S obligations Manage a post inspection regime for your patch The ideal candidate will have; Experience in repairs field and working with residents in a social housing setting. Report writing skills would be good also and any experience working with contractors Hours; Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm Expectation is 2-3 days in the office in N1 with other days being out on site.
