Client Details
An employer of choice based in the Brighton area are looking to recruit a full time HR Business Partner on a fixe term contract for a period of 12 months.
Description
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the company is following current policies and procedures in line with current legal requirements and regulations
Checking end of year and probation reviews are completed by managers and providing additional support to the HR team when required
Providing training and support to managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure the development of employees for the business
Completing HR inductions for all new employees, as well as exit interviews and off-boarding procedures for leavers
Training for Mental Health First Aiders, managers and all employees on mental health and wellbeing
Investigating complaints and grievances when required
Maintaining employee records and ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times
Sending emails and uploading posts on the company website to all employees to update them on company informationProfile
