Job summary We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of a team. In this role, you will be part of the wider Safeguarding and Vulnerabilities Team, supporting the Named Nurse for Safeguarding Adults in the delivery and monitoring of adult safeguarding procedures across the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. This is a cross-site position, and you will spend equal time at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby, and Scunthorpe General Hospital, while also supporting community teams. Main duties of the job To assist the Named Nurse in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative practices for managing the Safeguarding agenda. Maintain and improve professional standards of care Assist with ongoing monitoring, evaluation and review of operational arrangements for Safeguarding. Assistin gatheringcomplex data to provide information to the Trust Board and relevant Committees. Supportto ensure a patient and family-focused approach to Safeguarding is delivered.
