I am working with a regional contractor, specialising in planned maintenance for the social housing sector, who currently have a requirement for a Health & Safety advisor on a permanent basis. Job Overview Providing expertise to support the implementation of H&S policies and procedures Raising awareness and supporting managers to recognise and understand their H&S responsibilities and obligations To promote health & safety throughout the business by working closely with site teams to ensure a safe environment Prepare information to support specific projects with regard to current Health, Safety, Fire and Risk Management legislation, regulation and best practice The successful candidate will have A background in Health and Safety within the social housing sector Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards. Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits. Strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and external agencies.
