I am currently working with a Local Authority in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for a Planning Policy Team Leader.
* 37 hours per week for an initial period of 3 months (with potential to extend)
* This post allows hybrid working however, candidates must be able to attend the Council Offices twice a week. (The Council offices are within an hour's commute of both London and Birmingham).
The right candidate will have:
* Extensive experience of working in a Planning Policy Team.
* Experience of leading a Policy team.
* Significant LPA experience of preparing a Local Plan up to and including an Examination.
* Experience of giving evidence at a Local Plan examination.
* CIL experience
* Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
