Our client in Doncaster is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their successful team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth financial operations by processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and managing queries efficiently. What Youll Be Doing Accurately processing invoices across the group in line with company policies Reconciling supplier statements and acting as the escalation point for query resolution Managing outstanding invoices, ensuring timely processing and approvals Serving as the main point of contact for supplier queries, with support from senior team members Assisting senior team members with ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks Effectively prioritizing daily workload to meet deadlines and business needs What Were Looking For Some office administrative experience, ideally within finance, accounts payable or data input Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams A team player with a positive, can-do attitude What's on offer?
