Status: Permanent, 22.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday – Friday, 8.30am until 1pm

About the role
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Exam Assistant to join a dynamic and busy team who, working closely with academic and support staff, seek to maximise the use and development of our student record system.
We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm to support and build upon our current Exam team and to work with other teams across the college.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the exam team for registrations and preparations and delivery of cross college exams in line with awarding body regulations.
Key responsibilities:
To support with the preparation for exams and on exam days/ series in line with awarding body regulations.
Provide high quality, accurate and timely data / information to students, staff and external bodies.
Input and extract information / data in a fast pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide an administration service to the examination processes/procedures within the college.
Follow policies, systems and procedures ensuring successful audits/inspections.
The successful candidate will:
Minimum of GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or equivalent.
Experience of working successfully with applications such as databases, excel, word processing, emails and social media.
Experience within a data-oriented environment.
Ability to delivery good quality customer service.
A high attention to detail and accuracy to ensure deadlines are met.
A flexible approach to amending your working hours during the busy exams period.
