About the role:
We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor in a secondary school in Barnet. This is a wonderful opportunity for a strong, hardworking individual with resilience and experience working with young people in various settings. A minimum of one year's experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is required.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support children with challenging behaviour, providing the necessary support both on a 1:1 basis and in smaller groups. You will oversee working with children with different needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, and SEN. It is essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is proactive and quick on their feet, ready for complex situations. Experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training would be advantageous.
