The role Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6-12 months) - With the possibility of full time after. The Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in telling the GIFTA story in creative, exciting, and engaging ways. This individual will bring energy, creativity, and a fresh perspective to drive thought leadership, personal branding for the founder and team, and impactful B2B content strategies. A strong focus on video content creation for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok is essential. The B2B Content Manager will be responsible for ideating, producing, and distributing video content that resonates with GIFTA’s audiences, showcases the brand’s capabilities, and drives engagement across all channels. The role also requires a "test and learn" mindset, exploring innovative tools, techniques, and technologies to ensure GIFTA remains at the forefront of content creation. Key responsibilities 1. Personal Branding Develop and execute LinkedIn personal branding strategies for the Founder and supporting team members. Create and manage content that highlights thought leadership and drives industry conversations. Confidently represent GIFTA’s mission and values by supporting team engagement across social platforms. Work closely with the Founder to align personal branding with GIFTA’s overarching business goals. 2. Social Media Content Creation Create engaging and impactful content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on video. Develop platform-specific video series, such as behind-the-scenes footage, thought leadership snippets, campaign highlights, and trending challenges. Explore and test new content capturing tools, techniques, and equipment to produce innovative and standout content. Capture, edit, and optimise video content for maximum reach and engagement. Stay up to date with trends and best practices on social media platforms, ensuring GIFTA remains relevant and innovative. 3. Content Strategy and Planning Build and implement comprehensive content strategy plans that align with GIFTA’s business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, social channels, and content best practices to keep GIFTA at the forefront of the B2B influencer marketing space. Collaborate with the strategy team to create data-driven content for proposals, existing customer communications, and the website. 4. Content Creation and Execution Ideate, write, and produce multi-platform content such as newsletters, case studies, blog articles, and social media posts. Capture and edit content, ensuring high-quality output across different creative formats. Be confident in front of the camera, creating engaging video content when needed. Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice that resonates with brands and influencers. 5. Distribution and Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Executive to distribute content effectively across all channels. Support paid social media marketing efforts by creating impactful content to attract new customers and influencers to the GIFTA platform. Build valuable, educational content for the website that drives both brand and influencer engagement. 6. Results and ROI Tracking Track the performance of content across platforms, analysing engagement and impact to establish ROI. Use insights to refine content strategies and improve future outputs. Ensure all content drives value, education, and relevance for brands and influencers alike.
