The Vacancy We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reward Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for providing analytical support for key reward activities, including pay reviews, bonus calculations, and audits across two payroll systems. You will support Line Managers, HR colleagues, and employees on reward issues and assist with the ongoing job evaluation process and maintenance of our grade architecture and pay scales. About The Role As Reward Analyst, you will: Bonus and Pay Review Processes Support Reward Managers in implementing key bonus and pay review processes. Data cleansing, creating bonus and salary spreadsheets, and cost models. Liaise with Senior Managers and HR colleagues to maintain data. Calculate bonuses and salary increase recommendations. Summarise data and communicate with employees. Data Conversion Convert large volumes of data from various sources into usable summaries for decision-making in reward processes. External Reward Analysis Support external reward analysis activities, such as Gender Pay Gap reporting. MyShare Calculator Maintenance Maintain the MyShare calculator with monthly updates and verify changes with HR teams. Job Evaluation Support Contribute to job evaluation processes, maintain job family database, and ensure data accuracy for audits. The ideal candidate will build collaborative relationships within the HR function and business units, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy. They will develop connections with third-party providers and communicate and influence effectively at all levels, including senior leadership. Previous experience as a Reward Analyst is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills, holding a minimum of CIPD level 7 or a similar analytical discipline. Experience with HR administration/payroll systems (I-Trent preferred) and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required. A generalist HR knowledge and familiarity with job evaluation methodologies are beneficial. The ideal candidate will be proactive, versatile, solution-focused, and possess effective time management skills. They must be tenacious, resilient, calm under pressure, and able to maintain confidentiality.
