Your responsibilities:
6. Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
7. Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations, providing feedback to guide their improvement.
8. Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment by setting clear expectations, using positive reinforcement, and managing student behavior effectively.
9. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, achievements, and any concerns, fostering a collaborative approach to student development
10. Reflect on teaching practices, seek feedback, and make adjustments to improve instructional effectiveness and student outcomes
11. Ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively, meeting all educational standards and guidelines set by the school and educational authorities
An ideal applicant has to:
12. Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Essential for this role)
13. Have Right to work in the UK
14. Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
15. Provide 2 proven professional references
16. Proven success in teaching KS2
17. A knack for making learning fun and engaging
18. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
19. A commitment to engaging and inspiring young learners
20. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
