We are currently seeking a Culture & People Business Partner – Technical Operations for a 4-month fixed-term contract, to ensure a smooth transition while playing a key role in implementing our people strategy and addressing the priorities of our Technical Operations department.
How You Will Make an Impact
1. Strategy and Culture :
Execute the Culture & People Plan to ensure we have the right capabilities, in the right place, at the right time. Foster an inclusive, safe, and empowering work environment while coaching others to live STADA’s values.
2. Employee Relations :
Provide strategic advice to leadership on HR challenges, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting fair, consistent treatment of employees. Address employee issues promptly and collaboratively.
3. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding :
Support the recruitment process to ensure fair and efficient hiring. Optimise onboarding programmes to facilitate seamless integration and skill development for new hires.
4. Talent Development and Engagement :
Partner with teams to identify training needs, implement succession planning, and deliver development initiatives. Drive recognition and wellbeing strategies to sustain engagement and retain top talent.
5. Performance Management :
Embed a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives, conducting regular reviews, and supporting performance improvement plans. Champion competitive Reward & Recognition strategies.
What We Are Looking For
6. Experience & Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role supporting senior leadership. CIPD Level 7 in HR Management or equivalent qualification.
7. Skills & Attributes :
Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Critical thinker with the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure. Strong organisational, leadership, and project management abilities. A champion of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
