About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Content to lead the charge in crafting unforgettable, social-first storytelling that sparks conversations and inspires communities. This role is at the heart of redefining how brands show up in social culture and how our creative teams collaborate across studios.
As our Head of Content, you’ll be the go-to expert in social-first content creation, shaping ideas that transcend platforms and create cultural moments that people can’t stop talking about. You’ll be hands-on with crafting ideas that are bold, imaginative, and award-worthy, while also empowering teams to think big and break boundaries.
You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and strategy, working closely with senior video heads, cross-functional teams, and clients to bring social ideas to life with unparalleled cultural relevance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead the Creative Process.
* Drive the ideation and execution of standout social-first campaigns that push creative boundaries and create cultural impact.
* Be the Social Expert.
* Stay ahead of social trends, platforms, and storytelling techniques, ensuring every campaign feels fresh, relevant, and engaging.
* Partner with creatives, strategists, and brand teams to deliver seamless, cohesive campaigns that resonate across audiences and channels.
* Motivate and mentor teams to innovate, experiment, and consistently deliver work that earns attention and accolades.
* Measure Success.
* Keep an eye on performance metrics to ensure campaigns don’t just look good but deliver results, always learning and iterating for future success.
