Your role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role. It all starts with fully understanding the needs and wants of our customers and delivering a wow factor service for them.
Day-to-day:
1. Learn about your customers by building and nurturing relationships. It’s the small details that make the difference.
2. Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts, and sales teams.
Your profile:
1. Value every customer interaction, whether on email, in person, or on the phone.
2. Collaboratively work and be a self-starter.

1. Basic salary of £27,500 OTE.
