The Role As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our Health & Social Care partnerships with new and existing businesses and industry leaders. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and expanding our network to enhance the impact of our training programs. This is a senior leadership position that requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a passion for education and workforce development. The role will involve: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. - Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s core offerings and target markets. - Overseeing the expansion of strategic partnerships with new and existing Health & Social Care employers - Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers. - Leading negotiations, structuring, and executing partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties. - Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive engagement, co-branded initiatives, and joint promotional activities. - Driving revenue through strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, business models and products. - Monitoring partnership performance and ensuring KPIs and business objectives are met or exceeded. - Working closely with the Operations Director to manage budgets and track the financial success of partnerships. - Leading a team of Account Managers and other relevant staff, providing coaching, support, and direction to maximise performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including curriculum, marketing, learner recruitment, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to partners. - Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Health & Social Care sector. - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and nurture relationships with potential partners. - Working closely with clients and partners to understand their training needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals. - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration and program development.
