An exciting opportunity has arisen within the People team for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Apprentice People and Organisational Development Administrator. You will have opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours that help provide a comprehensive and effective HR Admin service within the organisation alongside completing a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. Working as part of a team you will gain experience in handling day to day queries and providing HR advice; working on a range of HR processes from recruitment through to retirement; using HR systems to keep records; providing relevant HR information to the organisation; working with the organisation on HR changes.
