Position: Account Manager
Location: Congleton, Cheshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000-£35,000
A rapidly growing marketing agency in Cheshire East is looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their client services team, as their portfolio of clients expands. They pride themselves on their culture, and are looking for someone who shares their vision of respect and hard-work.
Responsibilities Include:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact.
* Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams to ensure they align with client expectations and objectives.
* Project Oversight: Support project management by developing timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating resources to guarantee on-time, successful delivery.
* Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to monitor campaign outcomes, providing regular updates to clients while identifying areas for performance enhancements.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on current industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to offer clients strategic insights and actionable guidance.
* Account Expansion: Proactively seek opportunities to grow existing accounts, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction with new services and strategies.
Experienced Needed:
* Experience within a client services position in an agency setting.
* Thorough knowledge of core marketing concepts, expertise in digital marketing strategies, and a strong ability to measure and evaluate campaign performance analytics
* Experience communicating and overseeing client briefs
