* Working with the Onshore Business Unit Directors (BUD's) and Clients to grow and develop technical services (Engineering, Mechanical, Asset Management) in support of the 2028 Business Strategy
* Developing and managing the Onshore Engineering Team to deliver engineering support and design services to Onshore clients
* Being the link pin between Asset Management and Onshore to win and deliver more Asset Management works
* Supporting the site-based mechanical / engineering and construction projects under £5 million in the onshore portfolio, Interface between BUD's, Asset Management, Major Projects and Business Development to share Client intelligence, opportunities and relevant client-facing activities
* Day to day management of Onshore Engineering resources
* Optimise the deployment of Engineering resources to maximise recovery
* Forecast Engineering resource demand and feed into resource planning process
* Support the development and delivery of the Onshore Business Development strategy
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and coordinate activities across business sectors to win work
* Oversee the development of proposals and estimates for engineering support framework agreements and standalone jobs
* Support the BUD's to deliver engineering design and projects within their regions
* Assist the Regions to deliver small/medium scale mechanical and multi-discipline construction projects
Proven track record of building and managing teams for successful delivery
* Strong Operations background
* Good technical understanding
* Ability to interface effectively across Sectors, BUD's and Clients
* Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
* Good commercial and contract understanding
* Confident preparing proposals and presenting to clients in order to win contracts
* Ideally has experience of oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation or nuclear sectors
