Account Manager - Campaign Delivery
Location - Nottingham
We are looking for an Account Manager to work across print campaigns for a leading Nottingham-based retail brand. Working alongside our client's marketing teams, you will be responsible for delivering printed point-of-sale campaigns UK wide.
The successful candidate for the Account Manager will be:
1. Working directly with the client's marketing teams to take marketing briefs.
2. Managing stakeholders through all stages of workflow including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution.
3. Ensuring briefs are created and delivered to our production teams on time.
4. Providing outstanding customer service, updating, and dealing with client's queries in regular team meetings.
5. Using management information systems to facilitate workflow and transfer of information between client and production.
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an Account Management role, ideally with some experience within print.
Qualifications include:
1. Experience in Account Management, service delivery, and developing customer relationships.
2. Experience in taking detailed marketing briefs and delivery would be advantageous.
3. Understanding of production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution would be advantageous.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
5. Excellent computer skills including good knowledge of Excel.
