Full Job Specification
Working within the Physical Infrastructure Team to deliver cabling and connectivity solutions for our clients, this role will be assisting the team to deliver multiple projects across our client base whilst working closely with both the client, and our project management team.
The successful candidate will have close involvement with our client base as well as working with our existing technical team to deploy network solutions and working as part of a resolver group for technical issues and support activities when required.

Activities, Duties and Key Tasks
* Installation of Cat6 and Cat6a cabling
* Installation of Fibre Optic cables
* Termination of Cat6/6a and fibre Panels
* Termination of Cat6/6a wall outlets
* Conducting onsite cabling surveys (including detailed documentation)
* Remote technical assistance for our Engineering teams to include installation of Switches and Routers
* Installation of Wi-Fi devices across our network of customers
* Site completion documentation and testing requirements
* Assisting our NOC/Helpdesk in resolving hardware issues
* 4g solutions installation
* PC and printer installation
General Responsibilities
* Adhering to quality communication standards defined by FluidOne.

* Undertaking any other duties deemed suitable by management.
* Maintaining job-related training as required by management.
Experience / Qualifications: Essential
* Full UK driving license
* Awareness of WAN/MPLS technologies.
