If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well-respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in giving our clients the best-in-class quality service by providing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance and offering after-sales technical and commercial support. The position is field-based and requires working at weekends, during public holidays, and includes being on a rota to provide out-of-hours cover and rapid response. Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site corrective and preventative maintenance and offer after-sales technical and commercial support.
2. Possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks.
3. Observe, abide by, and enforce the Company’s and client’s Health & Safety policies.
4. Carry out commissioning work.
5. Timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, time sheets, and all other documentation.
6. Timely completion of site tasks and activities as required.
7. Propose and undertake any relevant training approved by your line manager.
8. Understand how the team integrates with other teams to achieve overall objectives.
9. Provide feedback on future product development, features, and functions.
10. Provide regular updates to your line manager on any issues that may result in financial, reputational, or operational impact on the Company.
General Requirements:
1. Full UK Driving Licence.
2. Good communication skills, punctual, presentable, and willing to learn and develop.
3. Good communication skills with the ability to understand others' needs and express information in a clear and concise manner.
4. Knowledge of the company and company products is desirable.
