Critically, delivering cost effective and improved benefits, whilst adapting to ever-changing business priorities. The role will define and enhance change governance and frameworks in line with relevant regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to ISO, CSA, FCA, ICO, OFCOM and OFGEM. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Business Strategy Collaborating with Executive members to create a unified monthly portfolio view of change. Develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ISO27001 standards. Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery from concept to benefits realisation. Lead and govern the assignment management of resources across business functions and third parties. Support the implementation of a structured project management framework, within which our Project Manager(s) will operate and drive timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery. Manage supplier engagement, including contract negotiation and delivery. Operational Performance Oversee the enhanced customer experience through working with Business Unit stakeholders to shape and effectively deliver daily operations and transformational change activities. Drive changes that improve service within budget and minimise risk. Develop business cases, manage budgets, and ensure benefits realisation. Own the Portfolio Management Framework and chair Governance Boards, including the Portfolio Board and CAB. Steer and support key stakeholders to effectively embed Change into the fabric of the organisation, leveraging existing skills and developing higher level of ownership. Risk Management Improve the net risk position of change delivery. Ensure KPIs, KRIs, and business goals are met, adhering to change control, security, and legal/compliance requirements. What you’ll need Essential: Minimum of 2 years subject matter expertise in any of the following: Change Management Project Management PMO Office Business Analysis Desirable: Experience of building and configuring ITSM Tooling ITIL V4 Foundation or above Who are we?
