Purpose of the Role & Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the end-to-end bid process for the Passenger teams, ensuring strategic and high-quality proposals.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Government & Humanitarian and Oil & Gas divisions, to deliver compelling bids.
* Gather and negotiate airline information, preparing all documentation required for final bid submission.
* Write, manage, and present bids to meet exacting customer requirements and strict deadlines.
* Provide expert guidance on passenger commercial terms and conditions, as well as bid processes.
* Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all submissions.
* Travel and out-of-hours work may occasionally be required.
