We’ve been instructed by a large, leading Bank in the search for an experienced Employment Lawyer (6+ PQE), to join their internal legal team.
This is a contract position, ideal for someone looking to leverage their expertise in employment law within a dynamic and fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Employment Tribunal cases.
* Handling a broad range of day-to-day employment issues, including performance management, absence, conduct, grievances, and discrimination.
* Providing legal advice on various employment law matters.
What We’re Looking For:
* 6+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience in Employment Tribunal case management and resolving day-to-day employment issues.
* Ability to handle a wide range of employment matters with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
