POSITION AND GRADE: People Manager – Business Partnering; Grade 9, SCP 38 – 41, £47,754 - £50,788
WORKING ARRANGEMENTS: 36.25 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for a People Manager – Business Partnering to join an inclusive and values driven public sector organisation with an outstanding organisational culture. You will be required to operate across a breadth of Human Resources activity providing leadership to members of the Human Resources Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional advice and guidance to line managers.
2. Write policies and reports to a high standard.
3. Lead the Human Resources Team in various HR activities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Well-developed written skills.
3. Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
4. Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Manager.
