Contracts Administrator
Dartford
Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
£24k - £26k DOE
A fantastic opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic administrator to join my client’s team based in Dartford on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Contract Manager with administration tasks, liaising with engineers and delivering a high level of service to all clients.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
Updating information using a CAFM system.
Carrying out audits and conducting client reports to ensure invoices are processed.
Adhere to tight deadlines and manage PPM works.
Responsible for 100+ daily callouts.
Ensuring invoices are completed, tracked, and reported onto the system.
Ensure all PPMs are managed and tracked accordingly.
Supporting the Contract Manager regarding contracts, queries, and any other matters
Liaising with internal and external parties in a professional manner
Formatting and inputting data
Any other administrative duties as and when required.
The successful candidate will have/ be:
Previous experience working in an administrative role within the construction or facilities management industry would be a significant advantage.
A proficient understanding of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Highly organised.
Logical and methodical.
Able to work under pressure.
Pro-active work ethic with a can-do attitude.
Able to multitask and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment.
