You will establish and manage Project Management Offices (PMOs), providing strategic advice and aligning with client objectives, while overseeing risk management frameworks and providing actionable insights through performance monitoring and reporting. You will contribute to business development and client relationship management to expand the firm’s market presence. Key Objectives Provide high-level consultancy services to clients, specialising in project controls, project management office (PMO) establishment, governance, and performance management. Developing and implementing robust controls frameworks, driving PMO functions, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects and programmes. Requirements Education A degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, or equivalent project management certifications. Certified in P3O, Agile, or other relevant methodologies (desirable). Certification in Risk Management (e.g., PMI-RMP, APMG Risk Management) (desirable). Experience Proven experience in project, programme, and portfolio management, with a focus on delivering consultancy mission critical services to infrastructure centric high-profile clients Experience in implementing and managing P3O (Project, Programme, and Portfolio Office) frameworks and structures. Extensive experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes across multiple sectors. Familiarity with the Crown Commercial Services Management Consultancy Framework 4 and understanding of its requirements and client expectations. Skills Extensive experience in project controls, PMO delivery, and large-scale project/programme delivery within an infrastructure or asset centric consultancy or client-facing environment. Proven track record in establishing and managing PMOs and controls frameworks for complex projects and programmes. In-depth knowledge of governance, risk management, and quality control practices in project management. Experience in implementing project controls in both waterfall and agile project environments.
